1. Using Our Website

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and authorized to use the payment method provided.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to use our website lawfully. You must not:

• Submit fraudulent orders or impersonate another person.
• Interfere with website security or introduce malicious code.
• Access accounts or personal information without authorization.
• Infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or material violations of these Terms. This does not remove our obligations relating to existing purchases.

2. Products & Availability

We aim to describe our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.

Product availability, prices, and descriptions may change. Changes do not alter the agreed specifications or price of an order we have already accepted without your agreement.

Please review the product description, dimensions, intended use, and care instructions before purchasing. Contact us if you need help choosing a product.

3. Orders & Payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.

After checkout, you will receive an order acknowledgment. This confirms receipt of your order, rather than acceptance. We accept your order when we send the shipping confirmation.

Before acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order for reasonable grounds, including unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, an unsupported delivery address, or a material listing error.

If an error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and, where appropriate, offer the option to proceed on corrected terms or cancel. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged.

Payment processing times and the time needed for refunds to appear depend on your payment provider.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly identified as such. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will communicate with you and provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

We may use fulfillment and delivery partners, including Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. For orders placed on our website, Sailflux remains your point of contact for customer service.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Address changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for eligibility, item condition requirements, return shipping responsibilities, and refund timing.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If we can stop fulfillment, we will issue a full refund without a cancellation fee. If fulfillment cannot be stopped, our standard return process will apply, subject to your statutory rights.

Please obtain return instructions before sending anything back. Our company mailing address and the address on your shipping carton may not be the correct return address.

6. Product Use & Warranty

Please follow the setup, use, charging, care, and safety instructions supplied with your product.

Eligible products are covered by our 3-Year Limited Warranty, subject to its terms. Please see our Warranty page for coverage, exclusions, and how to request assistance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or reduces our written warranty commitments or any warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a product appears unsafe or damaged, stop using it and contact us. Do not ship a damaged lithium battery without instructions.

7. Purchases Through Other Retailers

Purchases made through Amazon or another retailer are subject to that retailer’s transaction, cancellation, and return policies.

You may still contact Sailflux for product questions and eligible warranty assistance.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Sailflux name, logos, website text, photographs, graphics, and other original content belong to Sailflux or our licensors.

You may use our website for personal shopping and informational purposes. Commercial reproduction, distribution, or use of our brand assets requires permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.

9. Reviews, Feedback & Submissions

Please ensure that content you submit is honest, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You retain ownership of your original content.

If you submit a review specifically for publication on our website, you permit us to display it with the name or display name you provide. We may format it for readability without changing its meaning.

Private support messages and creator applications are not permission to publish your content. Advertising use of creator materials, photographs, or videos will be agreed separately.

We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or irrelevant submissions. We do not remove reviews solely because they express a negative opinion.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

Our store is hosted on Shopify and may include links to third-party websites, including Amazon and social platforms.

Independent third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Linking to them does not mean we endorse all their content.

Our use of payment, fulfillment, or other service providers does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

12. Website Availability & Liability

We take reasonable care to maintain our website, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily suspend website functions for maintenance or security reasons.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or purchases.

This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, liability for defective products that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other non-excludable liability.

Nothing in this section limits refunds, warranty remedies, or other consumer rights available under applicable law. Where a limitation is not permitted in your jurisdiction, it does not apply.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or prevent you from exercising rights to bring a claim, contact a regulator, or seek remedies available under applicable law.

Any dispute will be subject to the applicable law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections available where you live.

14. Changes & General Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be dated and apply prospectively. The Terms in effect when you place an order will govern that purchase unless a change is legally required or agreed with you.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms and our referenced purchase policies form the agreement for website purchases. Product-specific commitments and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. If a general provision conflicts with a specific shipping, return, or warranty commitment, the specific commitment applies to that subject.

Creator and affiliate arrangements are governed by separately agreed partnership terms.
